Bei Capelli began as the shared vision of Suzie and Nikki. Our goal was to bring a new and exciting salon to the heart of historic downtown Daytona Beach, and our doors opened on December 12th, 2007.

Nikki Cherock, Owner/ Stylist
The past 14 years in the beauty industry have been so rewarding and have allowed me to express my creativity.
Originally from Upstate New York, where I owned a salon for 9 years, I followed family to Florida and I am so glad I did! I've met and worked with wonderful, talented people who have inspired me to step outside the box. I'm always excited to help clients achieve what they're looking for.
Education is very important to me and I take pride in seeing and meeting some of the top educators in our industry.
I specialize and am certified as a Goldwell Master Colorist. Precision cutting, Escential waxing, Simply Straight Keratin treatments, and Davines hair care lines.
Suzie Beardsley, Owner/ Stylist
For as long as I can remember, it was my dream to own a salon. I grew up in Iowa, graduated with a BS in Exercise Science from Missouri State University and worked in the resort industry for 10 years.
It was then that I realized that my heart was in the beauty industry, so I graduated from Cosmetology at Daytona State College and worked at Triage Salon for 12 years.
I'm certified in CHI Straightening System and specialize in color and precision cuts. I currently sit on the Academic Advisory Committee for Daytona State College's Cosmetology program.
Debbie Watts, Stylist
Recently relocated from the famed High Maintenance Salon and Day Spa in South Florida. Debbie specializes in precision cutting, and all aspects of color processing. With her artistic vision and impeccable attention to detail she enjoys working with clients to come up with styles individualized to their needs. A master of her craft, she keeps up with the latest techniques and hair trends as they appear on the fashion scene. She is constantly working on her own innovative techniques, always pushing the boundaries of hair. She was trained in the cutting techniques of Vidal Sassoon at his Academy in London. Debbie regularly styles hair for fashion shows and photo shoots and enjoys doing styles for weddings and other special occasions. Whether you want a contemporary classic cut or a funky avant-garde style, you are sure to be pleased with the experience you'll have with Debbie as well as the result

Joining the salon industry over 12 years ago, I am grateful to be a part of such a fantastic business! I have had the pleasure of training with some of the top stylists in the industry. I specialize in custom color, highlighting, and precision haircuts for both women and men.
This job has allowed me to love going to work and making my clients beautiful!
